The hands-on practice of lomi is primarily performed with the forearms and long captivating strokes that provide deep healing and relaxation. This lesson provides an instructor demonstration of lomi lomi hands-on strokes and techniques that can be used during a lomi facial massage, cleansing and/or product application processes. A brief history of Hawaiian culture and lomi practical principles will also be provided.
